As a brand under Diviser, which owns the large Asuka Factory guitar plant, its high quality—achieved through in-house manufacturing—is highly regarded by many musicians.

This model is the BARON from the Global Series, which pursues high quality through unique manufacturing.

New colors have been added to this popular model, which debuted in 2024.

The white body combines with gold hardware and an acrylic pickguard to create a stunningly beautiful appearance.

While featuring a Telecaster-like body shape, it boasts a beautiful archtop finish. Its controls and construction give the impression of a well-blended mix of Fender and Gibson characteristics.

The body top is spruce, and the back is nato.

Its semi-hollow construction with F-holes delivers a distinctive sound—a blend of solid and acoustic characteristics—offering a balanced resonance and tightness.

The medium-scale neck is maple, with a rosewood fingerboard.

Herringbone-style body binding and dot inlays lend it a calm, acoustic-guitar-like ambiance.

Pickups include an STP-Alnico in the neck position and an STP-5 in the bridge position.

It delivers the rich, sparkling sound characteristic of semi-hollow bodies.

Controls consist of 2 volume knobs, 2 tone knobs, and a 3-way toggle switch.
Adopting a layout similar to Gibson models allows versatile sound shaping at your fingertips.

Although manufactured overseas, each guitar undergoes individual inspection at our specialized department in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture upon arrival in Japan. Components directly affecting playability receive particularly thorough adjustment.

Instruments purchased at our store qualify for permanent free “String Vibration Setup” (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required) 

・Please present your warranty card with your name filled in.
・Only applies to the original purchaser who bought the item at a GIB or TONIQ physical store or online shop.
・Please cover shipping and other associated costs.

●Resale Value Guarantee

If you decide to sell your purchased item within 6 months of purchase, we guarantee its resale value at our store. The value is 50% for new items and 70% for used items. 

●Defect Warranty
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products it sells. Except for some items like consignment goods, we will repair free of charge (or, if repair is impossible, accept returns or issue refunds) for failures occurring within normal use during the specified warranty period after purchase.

The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.

Please note that the following cases will incur charges even within the warranty period: 

・Failures or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
・Replacement of consumable parts.
・Failures or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
・Failures or damage caused by handling contrary to the precautions in the instruction manual.
・Failures or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company. 　
・If the warranty card lacks your name, model name, serial number, etc., or if any information has been altered.
・If the warranty card is not presented or has been lost.
