Xotic is a brand founded in Los Angeles by Japanese luthier Hiro Miura.

It is favored by many renowned musicians, including Allen Hinds, Toshi Yanagi, Oz Noy, and Yuya Komoguchi.

This is a special custom-ordered model from TONIQ.

The XSC series is an ambitious design that draws inspiration from the traditional double-cutaway guitar style while incorporating modern elements throughout.

It is handcrafted in California, USA, by skilled artisans using high-grade wood.

The body is made of alder.

It features an extremely thin finish using traditional nitrocellulose lacquer.

The finish features a multi-layer design with black sprayed over gold, and a realistic “Heavy Aged” treatment that allows the underlying gold to shine through, creating a truly exquisite look.

Furthermore, by combining a black pickguard and knobs with gold hardware, we’ve expressed the classic black-and-gold color scheme within the double-cutaway design.

The result is a look that will satisfy any player’s desire to own it.

The neck is crafted from 4A-grade Roasted Maple.

Roasted Maple is a wood that achieves exceptional stability by undergoing high-temperature treatment to evaporate moisture and oils from within the wood.

Originally used as construction material for Finnish saunas, it is particularly resistant to high temperatures and humidity.

Beyond its practicality, the beautiful grain unique to 4A-grade wood is also highly appealing.

For the fingerboard, we selected Rosewood to complement the body color.

We use a deep, rich black Rosewood that clearly showcases the quality of the selected wood.

Hand-wound Raw Vintage RV60 pickups are installed in the neck and middle positions.

Additionally, a hand-wound Raw Vintage RV-PAF is installed in the bridge position, creating an SSH pickup layout suitable for any genre.

The neck and middle positions deliver a rich sound with a touch of brilliance, while the bridge position offers a clear, warm tone.

The hardware is equally impressive, featuring a GOTOH 6-point tremolo unit with locking tuners, Raw Vintage tremolo springs and saddles, and JESCAR frets.
