Owner Egon Rauscher is in charge of every production process, carefully crafting each guitar using carefully selected wood and parts.
Born into a family of furniture makers, Egon Rauscher has been fascinated with wood and music since childhood, and has studied woodworking himself. He is truly a wood specialist.
His motto is "Simple, Useful, Biggest Tone," and he creates guitars that are simple yet distinctive in appearance and packed with original ideas.
This guitar, known as the Performer T, is Soultool's flagship model.
The body is luxuriously crafted from a single piece of Honduran mahogany.
This is a traditional wood that was used for Gibson guitars, but is now banned under the Washington Convention, making it extremely rare.
Furthermore, this guitar uses mahogany that is over 50 years old, selected from a special stock.
This exquisite mahogany has been seasoned over many years and is rarely seen these days.
The neck is made of Canadian maple.
Its beautiful, dense flame grain makes it clear at a glance that it is made of high-quality wood.
It features the Soultool bolt-on system, a jointing method that is a major Soultool feature.
Two bolts are inserted diagonally toward the end of the neck under the metal panel below the large bolt at the heel, pulling the neck toward the body.
Soultool necks and neck pockets are already finished with high precision, but this jointing method eliminates the slight gaps that can occur with bolt-on joints.
Compared to traditional bolt-on joints, this achieves longer sustain and faster response.
It features 2-Zone fretting, using two different fret sizes.
This improves playability in both low and high positions, and allows for stress-free playability even with a lower string height.
The pickups are P90 types from Haeussel Pickups.
These are high-quality pickups, handcrafted one by one by builder Harry Haeussel.
Made using carefully selected woods and parts, this is a masterpiece packed with the unique originality of this instrument.
