Red House Guitars is one of Japan's leading guitar workshops, specializing in repairs and OEM manufacturing for many high-end brands.

The quality of their original brands, manufactured based on this experience, is highly acclaimed, and their products are beloved by top professionals such as Kelly Simon and Tomoki Sekiya.

This model, the Piccola S, is based on the traditional double-cutaway guitar motif but is packed with a variety of attention to detail.

First and foremost, the body size and scale are noteworthy.

The body size is slightly smaller than a traditional Stratocaster, with a slightly shorter 25.25-inch scale than the standard 25.5-inch.

The Stratocaster is already known for its high playability and ease of handling, but the above specifications make it a design that is even more suited to Japanese players, resulting in overwhelming ease of playability.

It also features Red House Guitars' exclusive HVC (Head Viblation Controller).

According to the manufacturer, adding reinforcement to the back of the headstock controls headstock vibration, improving pitch stability, attack, and sustain.

The chords resonate beautifully, and the pitch remains stable even when picked hard.

The overall impression is one of cohesive, modern style.

The body is made of ash.

Ash has become a rare material in recent years, and while many ash-bodied models on the market seem to be heavy, this model is quite lightweight at 3.08 kg.

The neck is made of maple and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a traditional combination.
The deep black rosewood is clearly a carefully selected wood.

The neck and middle pickups have been replaced with DiMarzio DP408s.

It is possible that the bridge pickup has also been replaced, but it is difficult to determine due to the lack of engraving or signature.

The sound is powerful yet well-balanced and clear.

A masterpiece that elevates traditional style with a variety of innovative ideas.
We believe this model boasts top-class playability and sound among domestically handmade models.

Why not take advantage of this opportunity?

Approximately 70% of the frets remain.

The truss rod works and the neck is in good condition.

The body and finish show signs of playing, with scratches on the pickguard and the pickup cover.

There is wear on the fingerboard and the neck grip is slightly blackened.

The craftsmen at Guitar shop TONIQ will adjust the guitar for ease of play before shipping it to you.
