Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.

It is a subsidiary of Divider, which owns the large Asuka Factory, a guitar factory. The high quality of the products, which comes from the factory itself, is highly regarded by many musicians.

The TACTICS is a modern guitar inspired by the Telecaster, highly regarded for its practicality.

The body top is luxuriously crafted from beautifully painted flame maple,
while the back is made of nato, a wood that has recently gained popularity due to its appearance and specific gravity, similar to mahogany.

The neck and fingerboard are made of roasted maple, also known as thermowood.

Thermowood, developed by the Japanese company Sago for use in musical instruments, was originally used in Finland as a building material for saunas.

Thermowood is prized for its resistance to high temperatures and humidity, and its usefulness for musical instruments is evident from its use by top manufacturers such as Sadowsky and Suhr.

Apparently, a certain number of Thermowood guitars are discarded during the processing process.
Presumably, even those that will warp in the future will be played here.

This guitar is equipped with two humbucking pickups.
It can also be operated as a single coil using the coil tap switch.

The bridge is a Wilkinson, the nut is a Graphtech TUSQ XL, the tuning machines are locking, and the frets are stainless steel, making it a guitar with meticulous attention to detail.
