The MTL series is Momose's flagship model, featuring the traditional Telecaster shape.
Crafted by skilled craftsmen at the long-established Asuka Factory, this model is a component model combining the neck of Momose's MTL2-STD with the body of an MTL1-STD.
Further refinements include a matte-finished top and aged parts, giving it a sophisticated look.
The body is made of alder and the neck is made of maple.
It is equipped with two single-coil pickups.
It features a vintage style with cross-wire wiring.
The neck position produces a clear, thick, and crisp sound, while the bridge position produces an edgy, crisp sound, each delivering an appealing sound.
The bridge is normally a notched DEVISER/DTB-1, but this model has been replaced with the more traditional plate type used by Fender and others.
The hardware is also impeccable, with Gotoh tuning machines, an oil-soaked bone nut, and JESCAR frets.
This is a guitar that we would recommend to any guitarist who values performance.
Approximately 80% of the frets remain.
The truss rod works and the neck is in good condition.
The body and finish show minor scratches overall. There are dents on the headstock, top end, and back of the body. There is tarnish on the metal parts.
