Seed is an entry-level brand from Sago New Material Guitars, a handmade brand based in Kansai.
This model is the Kirin, the signature model of Makoto Sakuramura (Wagakki Band/Machiya).
The Seed lineup, which includes this model, offers high quality through excellent quality control while maintaining a lower price than previous models.
One of the major features of the Seed/Kirin is its 26-fret specification, which extends the frets by two frets toward the bass.
Now, a 29-fret specification, which extends the frets by five frets toward the bass, like the Kirin used by Makoto Sakuramura (Wagakki Band/Machiya), is available as an option.
The 839mm extra-long scale is actually designed to extend the frets by five frets toward the bass from the 628mm of a Les Paul.
As a result, the default tuning is 2.5 steps down for open strings and regular with a capo on the 5th.
This practical design allows you to smoothly transition down a half step or a full step by shifting the capo.
It also allows you to produce a powerful low B without using thicker strings or downtuning.
This guitar is sure to broaden the scope of your guitar playing.
What's more, this guitar is a fully custom model equipped with the same pickup and assembly as the top-of-the-line Sago/Kirin model, and a clear pickguard.
This not only improves the sound, but also gives the guitar a look that is almost identical to the top-of-the-line model.
The body back is mahogany and the top is Wenge.
The body shape is unique and cool.
The lower part of the body is carved into a half-moon shape, which is convenient when playing with the guitar upright on your lap.
This will expand your live performance repertoire and is sure to look great on stage.
Of course, it's also easy to play while sitting down, allowing for comfortable performance in any situation, whether it's practice, a live performance, or recording.
The neck is made of hard maple and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic combination.
It is equipped with two L(x) Twin Rail Humbucker pickups.
They produce a powerful, fat sound with a fast attack.
The pickups are coil-tappable and can also be operated as single coils.
The versatility of the sound is appealing.
The bridge is equipped with a locking tremolo unit.
This allows for dynamic arm movements, further expanding the range of expression.
This practical guitar is packed with ideas that only Makoto Sakuramura (Wagakki Band/Machiya), a member of a wide range of activities, could come up with.
Don't miss this opportunity!
This model was exhibited at an event and has some scratches on the pickguard from playing, so we are offering it at a special price.
All aspects except for the appearance are covered by a warranty.
