This model is the 514.D Modified by Ovaltone, a booster pedal created in collaboration between FAT and Ovaltone.
Ovaltone, a globally popular effects brand, has luxuriously modified the already highly refined 514.D.
However, in reality, there were no complaints or areas for improvement with the 514.D, so rather than modifying it, they shifted focus to changing the sound direction.
While retaining the quick attack of the original 514.D, it has a distinctive, slightly rough sound.
It's perfect as a booster, of course, but when you turn up the gain on its own, it has a slightly fuzz-like texture.
A rare model that is not often seen on the market.
