For instruments purchased at our store, you can receive a “string vibration setup” (normally 4,400 yen) free of charge for life. (Reservation required)
・Please present your warranty card with your name written on it.

● Buyback Price Guarantee
If you decide to sell the item within 6 months of purchase, we guarantee the buyback price at our store.
The buyback price is 50% of the original price for new items and 70% for used items.

● Defect Warranty
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products it sells.
With the exception of certain items such as consignment goods, we will repair any malfunctions occurring during normal use within a specified warranty period following purchase at no charge (or, if repair is not possible, we will accept a return and issue a refund).
The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.

Please note that even within the warranty period, the following cases will be subject to a service fee:
・Failures or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
・Replacement of consumable parts.
・Failures or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
