B.C. Rich is a guitar brand founded in the United States during the 1960s.
While renowned for crafting distinctive-looking guitars often referred to as “alternative-shaped guitars,” their actual balance and feel closely resemble traditional-style guitars.

This instrument is a B.C. Rich Custom Shop model crafted in the early 2000s.
It is a custom-ordered piece marked “SP” (Special), commissioned exclusively as a one-off by Kyowa Shokai, the distributor at the time.
The body and neck woods could not be identified due to being completely painted over.
The body shape is the Jr V.
It features a more manageable, compact body size compared to the standard V shape, yet retains an aggressive, sharp design.
While the standard Jr V uses a 6-string headstock, this instrument adopts the King V style.
Combined with the Widow headstock and gorgeous fingerboard inlays, it achieves a flashy, commanding presence.
The headstock features the old R logo, distinct from the B.C. Rich® logo used at the time.
This custom detail strongly evokes the unique atmosphere and exclusivity of that era.
It's equipped with DiMarzio DP153 and DP152 pickups.
They pair exceptionally well with crunchy, high-gain tones, delivering a powerful sound with clear definition.
The bridge features a Floyd Rose tremolo system.
This enables dynamic arm work, significantly expanding your expressive range.

The truss rod and neck condition are good.
The body and finish show some dullness on metal parts, a scratch on the headstock tip, and a scratch on the neck side near the 3rd fret on the 1st string side.
There is paint chipping near both neck-side pickups, and a black scratch on the tone knob.
The electronics are in good condition.
The 6th string bridge saddle has been replaced.

The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.

・Failures or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
