Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.

As a brand under the Diviser umbrella—which owns the large Asuka Factory—it is highly regarded by many musicians for the exceptional quality that comes from the factory’s in-house production.

This model, the BARON, is a new addition to the Global Series, which features proprietary manufacturing aimed at achieving the highest quality.
While it features a Telecaster-like body shape, it is finished with a beautiful archtop design; in terms of controls and construction, it gives the impression of a skillful blend of Fender- and Gibson-style characteristics.

The body top is made of spruce, and the back is nato.
Its semi-hollow construction, featuring an F-hole, produces a distinctive sound that lies somewhere between a solid-body and an acoustic guitar, combining just the right amount of resonance with a tight, focused tone.

The neck, featuring a medium scale, is made of maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood.

The herringbone-style body binding and dot inlays give it a refined, understated look reminiscent of an acoustic guitar.

It is equipped with two original humbucker pickups.
It combines the sweet, fat sound unique to a semi-hollow body with the tightness made possible by the bolt-on neck joint.

Controls include two volume knobs, two tone knobs, and a 3-way toggle switch.
By adopting a layout similar to Gibson-style guitars, you can easily control a wide range of sounds right at your fingertips.

Although the guitar is manufactured overseas, each instrument is inspected one by one at a specialized facility in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, after arriving in Japan, and the parts directly affecting playability are particularly well-adjusted.

This is Bacchus’s flagship model, featuring a unique specification that combines a Telecaster shape, archtop design, and thin-line construction.
