This model is the USA-made Epiphone Riviera 12-string model, the "E360 TDC Riviera 12 String," manufactured around 1967–1968.

Based on the Riviera, one of the signature semi-hollow models representing the Gibson-era Epiphone, this rare vintage instrument delivers the shimmering, expansive sound unique to a 12-string guitar.

The Riviera 12-string model was introduced in 1965 and was produced during the same era as the Gibson ES-335-12.

Production ended in 1970, and today it is highly sought after as one of the most desirable and rare Epiphone models from the 1960s.

The body features a laminated maple semi-hollow construction with a center block, providing both rich acoustic resonance and excellent playability.

The neck is made of mahogany, the fingerboard is rosewood, and the 24.75-inch scale offers a smooth and comfortable playing feel.

It is equipped with two original Gibson Sticker Numbered Mini Humbucker pickups.

Compared to full-size humbuckers, these pickups deliver clearer, more delicate high frequencies, which combine beautifully with the rich harmonics unique to a 12-string guitar to create a transparent and distinctive tone.

The guitar is fitted with a Gibson ABR bridge, and its vintage Epiphone specifications and original-style hardware configuration are among its major attractions.

Approximately 60% of the fret life remains.  
The truss rod and neck are in good condition.  
The body and finish show overall signs of age and use, including scratches, dents, tarnished metal parts, and finish checking/cracks consistent with its age.  
There are multiple dents around the neck joint and near the body-side control area. The top of the headstock has dents and paint chips. There is an additional hole beneath the truss rod cover. The frets may have been leveled and dressed.  
The front and rear controls have been swapped.  
The tuning machines have been replaced, and the pickguard has also been replaced.
