| Gibson is a king of guitars, having produced countless legendary instruments. It's loved by countless top artists, including Jimmy Page, Slash, and Zakk Wylde. The Les Paul model, released by Gibson in 1952, was Gibson's first solid-body guitar and debuted as a signature model for American guitarist Les Paul. The Les Paul's signature fat tone and long sustain have been loved by countless artists, and it has graced various genres of music scenes since its introduction. It is truly a representative model of the electric guitar. This particular instrument is a Les Paul Custom, a top-of-the-line model within the Les Paul lineup. It features the traditional combination of a mahogany body back and neck, a maple top, and an ebony fingerboard. The solid black finish, inlays on the fingerboard and headstock, and binding throughout create a gorgeous atmosphere unlike other models. Combined with the well-worn patina from years of playing, it boasts a dignified and stylish look. The pickups have been replaced with a Seymour Duncan SH-1n in the neck position and a Seymour Duncan TB-4 in the bridge position. The neck position delivers a thick, sweet sound, while the bridge position produces a sharp, edgy sound. The balance between positions is excellent, making it a truly classic combination. The Black Beauty is a guitar that many guitarists have likely dreamed of owning at least once. Why not take this opportunity to acquire one? The frets have approximately 70% remaining. The truss rod is stiff, but it has been confirmed to move approximately 90 degrees. The neck is in good condition. The body and paintwork show overall signs of use, including scratches, dents, and paint tarnishing. There is tarnishing on the metal parts and a paint chip on the upper back of the headstock. There is a paint chip between the pickups on the body top and another paint chip near the 5th fret on the neck. The electronics have crackling noises in both tone knobs.
