| Gibson is a king of guitars, having produced countless legendary instruments. It's loved by countless top artists, including Angus Young, Tony Iommi, and Shinji Wajima. The SG, introduced in 1961, quickly captivated many guitarists and continues to support the rock scene today. Gibson also has the Les Paul, a masterpiece of rock guitar, but compared to that, the SG is characterized by its clear, transparent tone. If the Les Paul has a thick sound, the SG can be described as having a sharp sound. This model is an SG Standard '61 Reissue. It's based on the early models that followed the model change from the Les Paul. The body and neck are made of mahogany, and the fingerboard is rosewood. With its thin, lightweight body and double-cutaway design that allows easy access to the last fret, it boasts top-class playability among electric guitars. It's equipped with two '57 Classic pickups. The '57 Classic is a long-selling Gibson model that has been loved for many years as a replica of the humbucking pickup, commonly known as the PAF, developed by Seth Lover. It features a powerful sound with a strong, core midrange. The bridge is a Tune-o-matic with a stop tailpiece, making it suitable for various styles.
