| PRS is a new generation of standard guitar brands, rivaling Fender and Gibson. The beautiful guitars they produce are known for being used by top musicians around the world, including Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Orianthi Panagaris, DAITA, and PABLO. (Series abbreviation) This model is PRS's flagship Custom 24. It is made in PRS's top-of-the-line Private Stock line. Private Stock guitars are crafted by skilled artisans using the highest-grade woods, each made to order, resulting in the highest quality electric guitars, combining the finest looks and sound. The body back is mahogany and the top is quilted maple. The top features beautiful wood grain that is almost like a work of art, with an exceptionally smooth arch. Its exquisite appearance is captivating even to the eye. The finish is Aquamarine, which further enhances the beauty of the wood grain. The McCarty Thickness design features a slightly thicker body, producing a distinctive sound that's a little different from the standard Custom 24. The neck is made of curly maple, and the fingerboard is made of Brazilian rosewood. Brazilian rosewood was a wood used by Fender and Gibson at certain times, but is now known for its rarity and international trade being restricted. The bird inlays on the fingerboard and the eagle inlay on the headstock are made of gold mother-of-pearl. Private Stock-grade wood is used, giving it a beautiful shine. The headstock is a matching design with a curly maple veneer, just like the top, and features the eagle inlay exclusive to Private Stock guitars. The pickups are PRS #7. The sound is well-balanced and clear, making it suitable for any genre. The exceptional depth of tone unique to this PRS-class guitar is truly exquisite. While the standard PRS #7 does not feature coil tapping, this one was custom-made to allow for it. This is one of the most valuable high-end models available. Would you like to own this guitar for the rest of your life? Approximately 80% of the frets remain. The truss rod and neck are in good condition. The body and finish have minor dents, scratches, and linear marks, as well as some dullness on the metal parts. The finish has faded slightly over time. The electrical system is in good condition.
