PRS is a new-era standard guitar brand alongside Fender and Gibson.

Their beautifully crafted guitars are renowned for being favored by top musicians worldwide, including Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Orianthi Panagaris, DAITA, and PABLO.

This model belongs to the S2 series, introduced in 2013 and positioned as a mid-range offering within the PRS lineup.

It uses the same woods as Core and bolt-on models and is produced in the USA.

Compared to the Core, it features a top with a more subdued grain pattern and employs a scarf joint neck. This allows it to maintain the high quality expected of an American-made guitar while successfully keeping costs down.

This model is the Custom 24-08, a sibling model to PRS's flagship Custom 24.

The body back is Mahogany, and the top is Maple.

The body top features an asymmetrical beveled top.

This provides a look with a distinct charm, different from the classic violin curve.

The neck is Mahogany, and the fingerboard is Rosewood, a traditional combination.

It is equipped with the 85/15 “S” pickups, used in various PRS models.

Based on the 85/15 developed to commemorate PRS's 30th anniversary, it delivers a clear, modern tone.

Each pickup has an independent coil-tap switch, enabling a total of 8 distinct sounds.

It covers a wide range from bright, edgy tones to fat, rich sounds.

The bridge employs PRS's original tremolo bridge design.

This patented PRS bridge is characterized by smooth arm action and exceptional tuning stability.

It combines the best features of iconic electric guitars like the Stratocaster and Les Paul, packed with PRS's signature attention to detail.

Offering top-tier quality in this price range, it boasts specifications that come closest to PRS's higher-end models.

Approximately 80% of the frets remain.
The truss rod and neck condition are good.
The body and finish show overall minor scratches and dents. Discoloration is visible on the back contour finish, and there is a scratch near the spring panel.

●Defect Warranty
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products it sells. Except for some items like consignment goods, we will repair free of charge (or, if repair is impossible, accept returns or issue refunds) for failures occurring within normal use during the specified warranty period after purchase.

The warranty period is 3 months for used items and 1 year for new items.

Please note that the following cases will incur charges even within the warranty period: 

・Failures or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
・Replacement of consumable parts.
・Failures or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
・Failures or damage caused by handling contrary to the precautions in the instruction manual.
・Failures or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company. 　
・If the warranty card lacks your name, model name, serial number, etc., or if any information has been altered.
・If the warranty card is not presented or has been lost.
