Tom Anderson Guitarworks is a top-tier American high-end guitar brand renowned for its exceptional quality.

It is known to be favored by many artists, including Neal Schon, Richie Sambora, Michael Landau, Koichi Yahori, and DAITA. (Titles omitted)

Owner Tom Anderson was formerly a professional guitarist, and throughout his career, he continuously pursued better sound and playability.

Drawing on that experience, he incorporates many of his own ideas, using the finest woods and combining technology with craftsmanship to meticulously handcraft each guitar one by one.

Furthermore, by limiting production numbers, he performs perfect quality control tailored to each individual instrument, achieving unparalleled high quality.

In terms of playability, the use of an exquisite neck grip and low-action setup ensures a stress-free playing experience designed for the player’s comfort.

Furthermore, the neck warps very little, and the use of low-wear stainless steel frets ensures consistently excellent playability over the long term.

The sound boasts a familiar tone that suits a wide range of musical styles, while also offering a rich variety of sonic possibilities.

This allows a single guitar to handle live performances, recording sessions, and more, regardless of genre or setting.

Because he was a player himself, Tom Anderson’s guitars are always crafted from a guitarist’s perspective, making them truly the ultimate instrument built for guitarists.

Based on a traditional single-cutaway guitar, this Top T model is packed with Tom Anderson’s signature ideas.

It features a distinctive combination typical of a custom guitar: a walnut top, alder back, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.

By curving the top material toward the body edges and inlaying it, the design achieves both a highly three-dimensional, premium look and exceptional playability.

The finish features a Honey Shaded Edge that highlights the striking grain of the walnut, and combined with the natural binding, it creates a striking, high-end impression.

The neck profile is the most popular Even-Taper, with a nut width of 1 11/16 inches and a long scale.

The fingerboard features a shape known as a tapered fingerboard, where the radius changes from flat at the low frets to a more curved radius at the high frets.

By keeping the radius change minimal—between 12 and 14 inches—the guitar offers smooth playability across all positions, achieving improved sustain despite the low action.

The neck joint utilizes Tom Anderson’s original A-Wedge design.

Although it features a bolt-on construction using two screws, the trapezoidal shape of the body and neck increases the contact area, significantly reducing the likelihood of center misalignment.

This increased contact area also influences the sound.

The neck joint features a smooth, heel-less finish, improving playability in the higher positions.

Features such as the slightly tapered fingerboard and the unique joint demonstrate the highly technical and intricate craftsmanship involved.

The frets are Tom Anderson’s original stainless steel frets.

The fret size is Medium.

They are characterized by high durability and a smooth touch, and despite being stainless steel, they are said to possess acoustic characteristics very similar to nickel frets.

The pickups include a TV-1 in the neck position and a TV-3 in the bridge position.

Tom Anderson’s pickups are original, meticulously handcrafted in-house using machinery from the 1950s.

The neck pickup produces a clear yet warm tone, while the bridge pickup delivers a bright, edgy sound.

It masterfully blends the fast attack and focused tone characteristic of a Telecaster with a modern, wide dynamic range and ease of playability.

This is the ultimate high-end guitar that allows for absolutely no compromise in any aspect.

We invite you to experience this guitar—a lifelong companion that combines a refined, beautiful appearance, top-tier playability, and superb tone.
