Moon is one of Japan's most well-established guitar brands.
Highly regarded by many professional artists, Kyoji Yamamoto and ROLLY are known to be fans of the brand.
This guitar is the AT-TERRY, a guitar based on the concept of producing a Gibson-like sound with a Fender form factor.
Despite its Telecaster-style body shape, it features a maple top and mahogany back, a wood construction reminiscent of a Les Paul Standard.
The arched body demonstrates the craftsmanship of its artisans.
Like a classic Fender, the neck is made of one piece of maple, with the fingerboard and neck not glued together.
The joint is bolt-on, a Fender-like feature.
The guitar is equipped with two Schecter USA humbuckers.
They produce a powerful sound with a fast attack.
This guitar also allows for coil tapping by pulling the volume and tone pots.
Pulling the volume pot taps the front pickup, and pulling the tone pot taps the rear pickup.
This allows you to enjoy not only a fat humbucker sound but also a brilliant single-coil sound.
While there are many models today that combine Fender and Gibson influences, this guitar was a pioneering model. A truly outstanding piece that was ahead of its time.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is a little stiff, but it can move about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paint show signs of general use, with peeling and rust on the gold parts.
There are significant scratches, particularly on the back of the body, and a chip about 10mm long on the side of the body.
There are cracks on the fingerboard and headstock.
The tremolo arm is missing.
The guitar will be adjusted by the craftsmen at Guitar shop TONIQ for easy playability before shipping.
