Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.

It is a subsidiary of Divider, which owns the large Asuka Factory, a guitar factory. The high quality, which comes from the factory's own production, is highly regarded by many musicians.

The guitar features a Telecaster shape with back and elbow cuts for playability.

The body is made of ash, a material that is now rare and highly sought after.

While Fender-style guitars are typically designed with a 25.5-inch scale, this guitar features a 25-inch scale.

This results in a richer overtone and more bass.

This may be more familiar to those accustomed to Gibson sounds.

The wood used for the neck and fingerboard is roasted maple, also known as thermowood.

Roasted maple originated as a Finnish technology, and its use in musical instruments was pioneered by the Kansai-based brand Sago.

This wood is treated at high temperatures to evaporate moisture and increase rigidity. Naturally, any wood that warps during this process is never used.
This results in a high-quality product in two ways.

The tone is refined, and the playing feel is, in a good way, slightly less brand new.

The wide range and warm nuances give the sound a juicy, satisfying feel.
