Sago is a handmade guitar brand based in Hyogo that specializes in fully custom-made guitars that fulfill all customer requests.

Their regular models (although most are one-offs), crafted using the knowledge and skills they've cultivated over the years, are also highly acclaimed.

The brand is also trusted by musicians, with Sago artists including Haruichi Shindo of Porno Graffitti/THE Opposition, Shinji Wajima of Ningen Isu, and Sojiro Oki of Novelbright.

This model is a custom-ordered CAOS.

While the standard CAOS has a flat-top design, this one was ordered with an arched top.

It also features many other custom-order features, such as a back contour, red pearl binding, matching headstock, and abalone headstock logo.

The body top is made of master-grade quilted maple.

The grain, instantly recognizable as high-quality wood, is finished on the arched top, and the burst color gives it an incredibly beautiful look.

The body back is made from a single piece of Honduras Mahogany.

This wood is extremely rare today.

The neck is made from Honduras Mahogany, and the fingerboard is made from Honduras Rosewood.

The fingerboard's undulating grain makes it clear at a glance that it is made from high-quality wood.

The neck and bridge are equipped with Sago SPH-4 pickups.

The well-balanced, clear sound from low to high frequencies is unique to this high-end Japanese model.

The sound is also pleasant when distorted, making it a great choice for a variety of genres.

The pickups are coil-tappable, so they can also be operated as single coils.

The diverse range of tones is fascinating.

The tuning machines and bridge are made by GOTOH, and the nut is made from oil-soaked cow bone, so the hardware is also impeccable.

A masterpiece crafted from high-quality wood with exceptional craftsmanship.

This is a must-have guitar for guitarists looking for a unique, one-of-a-kind instrument, or those looking to express their individuality on stage.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.

The truss rod and neck are in good working order.

The body and finish show slight scratches when held up to the light, but there is no major damage and it is in excellent condition. There is some tarnish on the metal parts.

The escutcheon was cracked, so it was replaced in-store.
