YAMAHA has been a pillar of Japanese guitar making since the dawn of the industry, and is like Japan's Gibson.
This model is the signature model of Noro Issei, guitarist for Casiopea, one of Japan's leading fusion bands.
The body features an arched, four-ply maple, spruce, maple, and mahogany construction.
While it appears to be a solid body at first glance, its interior is semi-hollow, producing a sound that is both thick and tight.
It features a unique body design and a vibrant color scheme known as "Planet Blue Burst."
The neck is mahogany and the fingerboard is ebony.
The pickups are in an HSH configuration with two humbuckers and one single-coil pickup.
The humbucker can be coil-tapped by pulling up the tone pot.
Enjoy a thick humbucker sound or a brilliant single-coil sound.
In addition, the single coil in the middle position can be switched on and off independently.
The wide range of sound variations, surprising from a single guitar, is a major attraction.
A rare model that doesn't come around often.
Don't miss this opportunity!
Approximately 60% of the frets remain.
The truss rod and neck are in good condition.
The metal parts of the body and paint are generally dull, and there are dents near the bridge pickup, bridge, and selector.
There are two scratches near the binding on the 6th-string side of the body, a linear scratch on the side of the body on the 6th-string side, a dent on the side of the body on the 1st-string side, and scuffs on the back of the body.
The paint on the neck is faded, and there is a dent near the 4th-string tuning machine on the headstock side.
Only one knob is missing its top plate.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The pickups have been replaced. (DiMarzio DP154BK)
