Blade is a guitar brand founded by Gary Levinson.
This model was designed in Switzerland and produced in Japan for mass production.
This ambitious guitar features a small offset body, medium scale, and tremolo unit like the Mustang.

The truss rod is stiff but has been confirmed to move about 90 degrees.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and finish show signs of use, with tarnish and rust on the metal parts and overall sun damage. There are several black linear marks on the edge of the pickguard, but they cannot be removed even by removing the pickguard and wiping with polish. The body top has a few small scratches but is otherwise largely unnoticeable. There are traces of the strap near the neck side of the body, and scattered scratches around the elbow, endpin, and controls. Pink scratches are particularly noticeable around the elbow, and brown scratches are near the controls. There are linear scratches on the contour of the back of the body, and dents near the control panel. The neck plate shows moderate tarnishing, and scattered dents are found near the 3rd and 5th frets on the back of the neck. There is a scratch near the 1st string tuning peg on the headstock, and dents and scuffs can also be seen on the top. Additionally, the nut is not the correct width and is off-center.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The pickguard, control knobs, nut, and pickups have been replaced, the counterbore extended, a battery box added, and a booster system added.
