Tom Anderson Guitarworks is a top-tier American high-end guitar brand renowned for its exceptional quality.

It is known to be favored by many artists, including Neal Schon, Richie Sambora, Michael Landau, Koichi Yahori, and DAITA. (Titles omitted)

The owner, Tom Anderson, was formerly a professional guitarist who spent his career constantly striving for better sound and playability.

Drawing on that experience, he has incorporated many of his own ideas, using the finest woods and combining technology with craftsmanship to meticulously handcraft each instrument one by one.

Furthermore, by limiting production numbers, he ensures perfect quality control for each individual instrument, achieving unparalleled high quality.

In terms of playability, the guitars feature an exquisite neck grip and low-action setup, providing a stress-free playing experience designed for the player’s comfort.

Furthermore, the neck remains exceptionally stable, and the use of low-wear stainless steel frets ensures consistently excellent playability over the long term.

The sound boasts a familiar tone that suits a wide range of musical styles, while also offering a rich variety of tonal possibilities.

This allows a single guitar to handle live performances, recordings, and more, regardless of genre or setting.

Because Tom Anderson was a player himself, his guitars are always crafted from a guitarist’s perspective, making them truly the ultimate instrument built for guitarists.

This model is the T Classic, the world’s first bolt-on solid-body guitar.

We ordered it from TONIQ with the image of a top-tier Telecaster-style guitar in mind.

At first glance, it appears to be a solid-body guitar, but it actually features a hollow structure, making it a unique instrument that is lightweight yet delivers a rich, resonant tone.

The body back and top are made of alder, while the neck is maple.

Its single-cutaway design, butterscotch blonde finish, and black pickguard give it a classic, timeless look that is truly captivating.

While it boasts a classic aesthetic, the body features back and elbow contours, incorporating a modern design that ensures a comfortable fit when held.

The neck profile is an Even-Taper +.050, the nut width is 1 5/8 inches, and it features a long scale.

The fingerboard features a shape known as a tapered fingerboard, where the radius transitions from flat at the low frets to a more curved profile at the high frets.

By making only a very slight change in the radius—from 12 to 14 inches—the guitar offers smooth playability across all positions, achieving improved sustain despite its low action.

The neck joint utilizes Tom Anderson’s original A-Wedge design.

Although it is a bolt-on construction using two screws, the trapezoidal shape of the body and neck increases the contact area, significantly reducing the likelihood of center misalignment.

The increased contact area also affects the sound.

The neck joint features a smooth, heel-less finish, improving playability in the higher positions.

Features such as the slightly tapered fingerboard and the unique joint demonstrate the highly technical and intricate craftsmanship involved.

The frets are Tom Anderson’s original stainless steel frets.

The fret size is “Heavy,” which falls between Jumbo and Medium-Jumbo.

They are characterized by high durability and a smooth touch, and are said to possess acoustic characteristics very similar to nickel frets despite being made of stainless steel.

The pickups include a TD-1 in the neck position and a TD-3 in the bridge position.

Tom Anderson’s pickups are originals, meticulously manufactured in-house using machinery from the 1950s.

The sound is clear and bright, with a beautiful tone that also possesses warmth.

The bridge is a fixed bridge with six saddles, and the tuning machines are locking types, providing exceptional stability and accommodating a wide range of playing styles.

This is the ultimate high-end guitar that allows for absolutely no compromise in any aspect.

We invite you to experience a guitar that combines a refined, beautiful appearance, top-tier playability, and superb tone—a instrument you can enjoy for a lifetime.
