| Bill's Brothers is a brand associated with Bill Lawrence, a well-known pickup brand, and operated in conjunction with Moridaira Musical Instruments. In the 1980s, Japanese-made models existed, and later, Korean-made models were also produced. Currently, production has ceased, and it's a brand rarely seen, especially in the used market. This BLPS-50 is a model from the "Live Session" series, based on the Les Paul Standard. It features a classic single-cutaway design and two humbucker pickups, a truly orthodox specification. It delivers the thick, powerful sound characteristic of Les Paul-type guitars, and is easy to handle across a wide range of genres, including rock and blues. Furthermore, this model is equipped with a Goldo tremolo unit. This allows for whammy bar use despite its design. Bill's Brothers Les Paul-type guitars are quite rare these days. It's recommended for those looking for a slightly unusual model among vintage guitars or Japanese/Korean-made guitars. The frets have approximately 90% remaining. The truss rod is in good condition. The neck has a slight upward bow. The string height is 2.5mm on the 6th string side and 2.0mm on the 1st string side, allowing for comfortable playability. The body and paintwork have scratches and dents throughout. The body top has dents near the front pickup and on the 1st string side horn, and linear scratches near the controls. There are also sticker marks on the pickups. The body sides have dents on the bottom and near the jack, linear scratches on the 6th string side, and scratches from the strap. The body back has numerous dents, and scattered linear scratches on the bottom. The neck has dents near the 1st, 6th, and 10th frets. The headstock has dents on the top and near the 1st string side tuning peg. The electronics are in good condition. Tremolo added, lower strap pin repaired.
