| Fender is, of course, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses. It's loved by countless top artists, including Thurston Moore, Thom Yorke, and Kenta Kataoka. The Jazzmaster was released by Fender in 1958 as a high-end model. Initially released as a jazz-only instrument, its signature fat sound and cool looks made it popular with many artists and a prominent part of the underground music scene. Today, it's a popular model used by many Japanese rock artists. This model is a Stratocaster from the Fender MIJ series, which was redesigned and rebranded after the discontinuation of Fender Japan. It's a Modern model with a traditional look but packed with modern specifications. The body is made of alder. Mystic Ice finish This guitar boasts a gorgeous design with its blue color, pickguard-less construction, and arched top. The neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood—a traditional combination. The unique neck profile, which changes from a C-shape at the lower frets to a D-shape at the higher positions, along with 22 frets, a compound radius, and medium jumbo frets, makes it very modern in terms of playability. It's equipped with Modern Modified Humbucking Pickups. The sound is powerful yet clear, with a well-balanced character. The tuning machines are locking, and the bridge is a T.O.M + stop tailpiece combination. It offers stability and fits various playing styles.
