| Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that enjoys overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan, and in recent years, its name has begun to resonate overseas. Originally highly regarded for its repair work, the company now focuses on manufacturing, and its creations are loved by many musicians for their high quality and rational design sense. All guitars from this brand are manufactured in Tokyo. Through strict quality control, the wood used is carefully selected, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in the products. This level of quality control is possible precisely because it is a small workshop. In that sense, the quality is fundamentally diffe This model is the Hydra Classic, their flagship model. While based on the traditional double-cutaway design, it is an ambitious work that incorporates various ideas. The body is made of lightweight ash, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is Indian rosewood. The body is finished in a see-through blue color, and the black pickguard, gold hardware, and original fretboard inlays give it a gorgeous and sophisticated look. With a 25-inch scale length, U-shaped neck profile, 11-inch fretboard radius, proprietary stainless steel frets, and a patented, unique joint method, this guitar boasts modern and original specifications. The pickups are FCGR originals in an HSH configuration. They produce both a fat humbucker sound and a sparkling single-coil sound. Furthermore, the Hybrid Humbuckers in the neck and bridge positions allow you to freely switch between humbucker and single-coil sounds with the touch of a finger. Combining them with the single-coil in the middle position allows for even greater sound shaping flexibility. The tuning machines are Gotoh locking tuners, and the bridge is a Wilkinson tremolo unit, allowing for smooth tremolo action.
