| Infinite is a private brand of High-End Music, a repair workshop in Osaka. The guitars and basses they manufacture, leveraging the extensive knowledge and refined skills gained through repair work, are highly regarded for their superior quality. This model, while fundamentally based on a traditional Telecaster, incorporates original elements throughout. The body back is made of Honduras Mahogany, and the top is made of Spalted Maple. It boasts a distinctive and luxurious look with features such as a Dragon's Breath finish that highlights the beautiful wood grain, a wooden pickguard, a matching headstock, and dish inlays. The neck is made of Honduras Mahogany, and the fingerboard is made of Rosewood. The neck is joined deep into the body. This significantly reduces the possibility of center misalignment. Of course, the larger joint area and the increased proportion of maple in the neck also have acoustic effects. The neck joint and the bond between the fretboard and neck utilize a groove-based interlocking mechanism. This is another mechanism to prevent deviations from the design. The fretboard has a conical shape, where the radius of the fretboard flattens from the lower frets to the higher frets. This ensures that even with a lower string action, there is no overall fret buzz, resulting in comfortable playability and excellent sound. The frets are made of JESCAR stainless steel. Compared to regular nickel frets, they are more wear-resistant and offer a smoother playing feel. The pickups are Bare Knuckle Boot Camp Old Guard pickups. They are characterized by a clear and fat sound. The humbuckers can be coil-tapped by pulling the tone pot. Enjoy both a thick humbucker sound and a sparkling single-coil sound. The bridge and tuning machines are GOTOH. The fact that the hardware has not been subject to cost-cutting is another attractive feature. The truss rod is loose, but it can be loosened by about 90 degrees. The neck is in good condition.
