Description & Condition

PRS is a new-era standard guitar brand, alongside Fender and Gibson.

Their beautiful guitars are known to be used by top musicians worldwide, including Carlos Santana, John Mayer, Orianthi Panagaris, Daita, and Pablo.

This model is released from the SE line, which achieves high quality through superior quality control while keeping the price lower than conventional models.

This model is the McCarty 594, a further refinement of the McCarty, which was created in collaboration with Ted McCarty, the developer of the Gibson Les Paul, bringing it even closer to a vintage guitar.

This is a SingleCut model with a traditional look.

While PRS guitars generally use a 25-inch scale length, which falls between the scale lengths of Fender and Gibson, this model uses a unique 24.594-inch scale length.

This originates from the fact that the scale length of 1950s Les Pauls was measured at 24.594 inches.

The body features a mahogany back, a maple top, and a beautiful flame maple veneer.

By using a three-layer body construction, the guitar achieves a beautiful look similar to higher-end PRS models while keeping costs down, and delivers a genuine sound thanks to its maple top and mahogany back.

The neck is made of bound mahogany, and the fingerboard is rosewood.

While the SE series often uses maple for the neck, this model uses mahogany, just like the higher-end models.

It is characterized by a sound with richer harmonics compared to maple.

The neck shape is also a major feature, employing the "Pattern Vintage" shape, which meticulously reproduces the neck shape of a 1953 Les Paul.

It has the thickest neck shape among PRS models, but the asymmetrical shape on the 6th and 1st string sides combines a vintage feel with high playability.

The pickups are 58/15 LT "S".

Developed based on the 58/15, which aimed for the humbucker sound of the late 1950s, this guitar features a clear and warm sound.

The pickups are coil-tappable, allowing them to function as single-coil pickups.

The wide range of sound variations is a major attraction.

The controls and hardware also follow a vintage style, resulting in a traditional look.

We are confident that it offers quality beyond its price.

Please try it out.

The frets have approximately 90% remaining.

The truss rod and neck are in good condition.

The body and paintwork have some minor scratches overall, and the metal parts show some tarnishing. There are signs of use on the back panel.

The electronics are in good condition.

No obvious modifications were observed.
