| Suhr Guitars is an American-based guitar brand beloved as a representative of modern high-end guitars. Guthrie Govan, Greg Howe, and Mateus Asato are known users of the brand. John Suhr, the founder of Suhr Guitars, began his career at the renowned New York store Rudy's, and gained high acclaim for his work designing amplifiers at CAE and as a master builder at Fender. Needless to say, his work with his own brand, Suhr Guitars, is outstanding. This model is the Classic JM Pro, one of Suhr Guitars' flagship models. As you can see, it blends modern elements with a traditional offset guitar design. The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fretboard is Indian rosewood—a traditional combination. The offset design, which is easy to play whether standing or sitting, combined with the Olympic White color, tortoiseshell pickguard, and reverse headstock, gives it a unique and cool look. The neck shape is a 60s C Vintage Standard, the frets are medium-sized stainless steel, and the fingerboard has a 10-14 compound radius, giving it a somewhat modern playability. The pickups are ML Standard in the neck and middle positions, and a Thornbucker in the bridge position. The combination of the vintage-style ML Standard and the Thornbucker, developed with the 50's PAF in mind, allows you to switch between single-coil and humbucker sounds with a single guitar. It can handle a wide range of settings, from clean to high-gain. Furthermore, it is equipped with Suhr's proprietary noise cancellation system, SSCII. This significantly reduces hum noise when using single-coil pickups. The bridge is a Gotoh 510, and the tuners are Suhr Locking Tuners, ensuring stable tuning and smooth operation. This guitar fully embodies the appeal of Suhr, with its high-level fusion of looks, sound, and playability. Why not consider it this time? The frets have approximately 90% remaining. The truss rod and neck are in good condition. The body and paintwork show some linear scratches on the pickguard. There are signs of use near the neck volute and on the upper back of the headstock. The electronics are in good condition. No obvious modifications were observed.
