| Yamaha has been a pillar of the Japanese guitar industry since its early days, essentially the Japanese equivalent of Gibson. While the company boasts many iconic models such as the SGV, SG, and BB, the Pacifica series is equally beloved. It features a Stratocaster-inspired design while skillfully incorporating modern elements. The body is made of alder, the top is flame maple, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood. It boasts a unique and cool look with its original body shape, pickguard, and matching headstock. The pickups are Seymour Duncan SP90-1 in the neck position and Custom 5 in the bridge position. Its versatility, suitable for a wide range of genres from rock to pop and jazz, is a major attraction.
