Description & Condition
Description & Condition
| Yamaha has been a pillar of the Japanese guitar industry since its early days, often referred to as the "Gibson of Japan." While the company boasts many iconic models such as the SGV, SG, and BB, the Pacifica series is equally beloved. It features a Stratocaster-inspired design while skillfully incorporating modern elements. The body is made of alder, the neck of maple, and the fretboard of rosewood. It boasts a luxurious look with its original body shape, matching headstock, and pearl-patterned pickguard. The pickups are Seymour Duncan SSL-1 in the neck position, SSL-1 RwRp in the middle position, and Custom 5 in the bridge position. Its versatility, suitable for a wide range of genres from rock to pop and jazz, is a major attraction. The tuning machines are Grover locking tuners, and the bridge is a Wilkinson 2-point tremolo unit, allowing for smooth tremolo action. A representative example of modern electric guitars. Why not take this opportunity to acquire one? The frets have approximately 80% remaining. The truss rod is stiff, but it has been confirmed to move approximately 90 degrees. The neck is in good condition. The body and paintwork have overall minor dents, scratches, linear scratches, tarnishing on the metal parts, and sun damage on the pickguard. The electronics have a slight crackling sound in the tone control. No obvious modifications were observed.
